Video plays inside the page
Paste a YouTube or Vimeo link and the video becomes its own block in the document. It loads only when you press play, so a page full of video opens as fast as one without. Notes works the same way.
Everything we have shipped, in the order we shipped it. Only what is live and working right now.
This page is written in English for everyone.
Paste a YouTube or Vimeo link and the video becomes its own block in the document. It loads only when you press play, so a page full of video opens as fast as one without. Notes works the same way.
The sender now shows with both name and address, in the list and in the reading pane. That includes the messages you sent yourself, so a thread reads the same from either end.
A storage panel opens on the right and breaks the total down by what is using it. It replaces the thin meter in the sidebar, and the upgrade link now only appears on plans that have somewhere to go.
The Upload button opens a dialog where you choose files or a whole folder. The system file picker no longer jumps at you the moment you click.
Your console now shows the previous month alongside the current one. You can see what a full billing period looked like without exporting anything.
People you have written to before come back as suggestions in To, Cc and Bcc, and each one becomes a chip you can tab through. The list is encrypted with your own key, like everything else in your mailbox.
Compose reaches into Drive and attaches the file without a download and a re-upload in between. Documents, sheets and decks you made yourself attach the same way.
Upload a document file you exported from InfoPeak and Drive turns it back into something you can edit. Nothing to convert and nothing to import.
You can share a whole folder with named people, and everything inside it inherits that access. Business Standard and Business Premium also get shared drives for the files a team owns together.
Opening a document, a sheet or a deck on a phone gives you the document itself instead of a desktop layout squeezed sideways. A deck presents full screen from the phone, with a close button because a phone has no Escape key.
You can ask for a read receipt on an outgoing message, and answer someone else's request when one arrives. Answering stays your decision every time.
An upload can be cancelled while it is in flight. An interrupted upload no longer leaves a file behind that refuses to open.
You can connect an assistant to your mail, your files and your calendar, and decide up front what it is allowed to touch. Every connection is listed under Settings, and you revoke it there.
A second business tier above Business Standard. It sets the rule in advance for what employees may hand to an AI, keeps a record of what an assistant actually did, and closes a departing employee out in one action.
A notification can bring the sender and the subject with it, or say only that mail arrived. The choice sits in Settings and it is yours.
The service level agreement is published and readable at infopeak.io/sla. Terms and the privacy policy now read in all 16 languages the site speaks, not just English and Danish.
A repeat can end on a date you pick. When you change or delete one event in a series, Calendar asks whether you mean this one, this one and everything after it, or all of them.
A device password can be limited to calendar only, contacts only or files only. If one ever leaks, it opens the one thing you gave it and nothing else.
Memories shows the photos you took on this date in previous years. Where a photo carries a location, you get a map link next to it.
InfoPeak One and Business Standard now come with 1 TB, and Family with 3 TB shared across the household. Mail and files draw on the same space, so there are not two numbers to ration.
CalDAV, CardDAV and WebDAV are open on all plans. Your phone, your laptop and your desktop client talk to your calendar, contacts and files directly, with nothing in between.
Active sessions lists every device on your account and lets you sign one out from there. A login from a device we have not seen before now sends you a mail.
Filtering used to belong to Family alone. Shield now blocks ads, trackers and malware on the same lists, across every device on the connection.
The Personal plan is called InfoPeak One and lives at infopeak.io/one. The name changed; what you get did not.
Type a slash in a note to insert a block, and build real tables inside the editor. You can also send a mail, an event or a contact straight into a note from the app it lives in.
Mail and Drive share a single storage limit instead of holding two separate ones. Nothing sits stranded in the half you are not using.
Nothing under that label yet.
Mail, files, documents, calendar and contacts, on servers in Europe.
