01 Our Commitment
InfoPeak is built on the principle that your data belongs to you. In accordance with the EU Data Act and GDPR Article 20 on the right to data portability, you can export your data, move it to another provider, and have it deleted.
There are no switching fees, no artificial delays, and no closed formats. Below is exactly what you can take with you today, and how.
02 Export Formats
Here is where things stand today, service by service:

03 How to Get Your Data Out
There are three ways out, depending on what you need:
Download in the app
Docs, Sheets, Slides and Contacts have a download button in the interface itself. Pick what you want and get the file.
Open protocols
Mail, calendar, contacts and drive speak IMAP, CalDAV, CardDAV and WebDAV. Connect your own client and copy everything out - continuously, not just once.
Full account export
Under Settings, Privacy you can request a combined export of all your data. We prepare it manually and deliver it within 30 days, as GDPR Article 20 requires.
04 If You Move On
If you decide on another provider, the way out should be as easy as the way in:
- No fees. Exporting your data and cancelling both cost nothing.
- No lock-in period. You can cancel at any time, wherever you are in the billing cycle.
- Your account stays open. Cancel a subscription and the account continues on the Free plan. Your data stays put, so you can retrieve it at your own pace.
- Deletion. To be deleted entirely, request it under Settings, Privacy. We process the request within 30 days under GDPR Article 17.
05 Interoperability
InfoPeak speaks recognised, open protocols, so your data can be read by something other than our own apps:
IMAP / SMTP
Standard email protocols. Connect Thunderbird, Apple Mail or Outlook directly to your InfoPeak mailbox.
CalDAV
Open calendar synchronisation. Sync your InfoPeak calendar with any CalDAV client.
CardDAV
Open contacts synchronisation. Keep your address book in step across devices and applications.
WebDAV
Open file access. Mount InfoPeak Drive as a network drive and copy the files out in their original format.
06 Legal Basis
This data portability framework is provided in compliance with:
- EU Data Act (Regulation (EU) 2023/2854) - the right to switch cloud providers, data portability for cloud services, and interoperability requirements.
- GDPR Article 20 - the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
- GDPR Article 17 - the right to erasure.
