Visits and engagement

Visits, page views, engagement rate, time on page and scroll depth, the previous period alongside, and who is on the site right now.

Organic search, social, email and paid traffic sorted into standard channels, down to each source, medium and utm campaign.

All pages, the pages visits start on and the pages they end on, with time spent and how far people scrolled.

Where visitors are and which language their browser is set to.

We do not upload to Google for you, and GA4 history cannot be imported. Numbers start the day you add the line.

Your consent banner gets shorter

Measurement usually asks permission because it puts something on the visitor's device. This puts nothing there, so there is nothing to ask about.

The same person stays two people

The visitor id includes the site, so someone visiting two of our customers counts as two unrelated visitors. Following anyone across sites is not forbidden here, it is impossible.

Questions

Do we still need a consent banner?
That is your call and your lawyer's, not ours. What we can tell you is what the rule attaches to: permission is about storing or reading something on the visitor's device. This stores nothing. If the rest of your site sets no other cookies either, there is nothing left for a banner to ask about.
Where does the data live?
On our own servers in Germany. Nothing is passed to a third party, and there is no advertising network on the other end.
What can I measure?
Visits, page views, engagement and scroll depth, channels, campaigns and paid traffic, pages, countries, devices, and automatic measurement of clicks, downloads and scrolling. Add your own events and mark key events. With e-commerce enabled: revenue, orders, products, funnels, paths and refunds. Data can be exported from reports, fetched via API or pushed nightly to your webhook.
Can I move my numbers from somewhere else?
Not yet. A site starts counting from the day you add the line. Import is on the list, and we will say so here when it is built rather than before.
What about heatmaps and session recordings?
We do not offer them. They record what a visitor types and moves, which is a different promise than this product makes. If you need them, keep the tool you have for that.
