You get an email when new answers arrive and read them in the console. You can download them as CSV.

Nobody but you reads the answers

Answers are encrypted the moment they arrive, with a key only your account holds.

We store only the encrypted version and cannot read it afterwards. The email about new answers never contains the answer itself.

Questions and answers

Do I have to build the form with you?
No. You use your own form and your own design. You point the form at your address with us and add Captcha, and we do the rest.
What happens when I reach the monthly limit?
The form still accepts answers, and your visitors notice nothing. New answers are locked until the month changes or you choose a larger plan. We never delete your answers.
Can you read the answers?
No. Answers are encrypted with a key only your account holds and are read in your browser. If you lose access to your account and cannot recover it, the answers cannot be opened.
Can I collect anything in a form?
Not health data or other sensitive personal data, national ID numbers, card details or passwords. You are the data controller for what your visitors write, and you accept our data processing agreement before you create your first form.
Where are the answers stored?
On servers in Germany, and they do not leave the EU.
