01 Our Commitment
InfoPeak is built on the principle that your data belongs to you — fully, unconditionally, and without vendor lock-in. In accordance with the EU Data Act and GDPR Article 20 (Right to Data Portability), we provide comprehensive tools to export, transfer, and delete your data.
We do not impose switching costs, artificial delays, or proprietary formats. Your data is stored in open, interoperable formats — and you can take it with you at any time.
02 Export Formats
InfoPeak supports the following standard formats for data export:

03 How to Export Your Data
You can export your data at any time through your account:
Per-service export
Each InfoPeak service (Mail, Docs, Drive, etc.) provides an export option within its interface. Select the data you want and choose your preferred format.
Full account export
Go to Settings → Privacy → Request Data Export to download a complete archive of all your data across all services in a single ZIP file.
API access
For automated migration or integration, InfoPeak supports standard protocols (IMAP, CalDAV, CardDAV) that allow direct synchronization with other services.
04 Switching Away from InfoPeak
If you decide to move to another provider, we make the transition straightforward:
- No switching fees. There are no charges for exporting your data or closing your account.
- No lock-in period. You can cancel your subscription and export your data at any time, regardless of billing cycle.
- Grace period. After cancellation, your data remains accessible for 30 days so you have time to complete your migration.
- Complete deletion. After the grace period — or immediately upon request — all your data, including encrypted content, metadata, and backups, is permanently deleted from our servers.
05 Interoperability
InfoPeak supports recognized open standards to ensure interoperability with other services and applications:
IMAP / SMTP
Standard email protocols. Connect any email client (Thunderbird, Apple Mail, Outlook) directly to your InfoPeak mailbox.
CalDAV
Open calendar synchronization. Sync your InfoPeak calendar with any CalDAV-compatible application.
CardDAV
Open contacts synchronization. Keep your address book in sync across all your devices and applications.
OOXML / PDF
Documents, spreadsheets, and presentations export to standard Office formats (DOCX, XLSX, PPTX) and PDF.
06 Legal Basis
This data portability framework is provided in compliance with:
- EU Data Act (Regulation (EU) 2023/2854) — Right to switch cloud service providers, data portability for cloud services, interoperability requirements.
- GDPR Article 20 — Right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
