Is InfoPeak Captcha really free?
Yes. The Free plan includes 10,000 verifications a month and needs no card. Every plan runs the same engine, so you only pay for volume.
What counts as a verification?
One verification is a single challenge your visitor completes and your server confirms. Page views, and visitors who never submit a form, do not count.
What happens if I go over my monthly limit?
Nothing breaks. Verification keeps working, the proof-of-work difficulty ramps up, and the API tells your server you are over the limit so you can upgrade when it suits you.
Do I need a cookie consent banner for it?
No. InfoPeak Captcha sets no tracking cookies and collects no personal data, so there is nothing to ask consent for.
Can I use it without the rest of InfoPeak?
Yes. It is a standalone product with its own keys and its own plan. An InfoPeak suite subscription is not required.
How hard is it to move from reCAPTCHA?
Usually a few minutes. The embed and the server-side check follow the same shape, so it is mostly swapping two URLs and one field name.
