Your Spreadsheets. Your Numbers. Your Infrastructure.

InfoPeak Sheets brings your existing workflows into a sovereign environment — without asking you to start over.

The spreadsheet is the most resilient software format in organizational history. It has survived every productivity revolution of the past four decades because it is the right tool for structured numerical reasoning. InfoPeak Sheets is built on that resilience — with sovereign infrastructure underneath and your existing files intact.

Import Without Compromise

InfoPeak Sheets supports direct import of .xlsx, .xls, and .csv files. Your existing spreadsheets move into the InfoPeak environment without reformatting, without data loss, and without requiring your team to rebuild years of accumulated work. The migration is a file operation, not a project.

This matters because organizational spreadsheets are not simple grids. They contain formulas built over years, conditional formatting representing business logic, named ranges that other systems reference, and data structures that carry the accumulated knowledge of how your organization tracks its numbers. InfoPeak Sheets handles this complexity on import — because the alternative, asking organizations to start from zero, is not an infrastructure upgrade. It is an infrastructure obstacle.

What InfoPeak Sheets Is

InfoPeak Sheets is a full-featured spreadsheet environment operating within the sovereign infrastructure of the InfoPeak suite. It stores sheet data in the .ipsheet format within InfoPeak Drive — encrypted, versioned, and accessible only to the individuals and teams your organization designates.

Sheets supports the operations that organizational work requires: multi-sheet workbooks, formula evaluation, cell-level formatting, data sorting and filtering, and export back to standard formats when external sharing is required. The functionality is the spreadsheet your team already knows. The infrastructure beneath it is InfoPeak.

"Your financial models, your operational data, your forecasts — these are organizational assets. They belong on infrastructure your organization controls."

Real-Time Collaboration on Financial Data

InfoPeak Sheets supports real-time multi-user editing using the same Y.js CRDT architecture that powers collaboration in Docs and Slides. Multiple team members edit the same sheet simultaneously. Changes synchronize in real time. Conflicts are resolved algorithmically. The sheet state is always consistent across all active collaborators.

Collaborator presence is visible within the sheet — you see who is active, where their cursor is positioned, and what range they are editing. This is the collaboration experience your team expects from modern tooling, running on infrastructure that keeps every cell of financial data within your organizational boundary.

Encryption and Access Control

Sheets data is encrypted within the InfoPeak environment. Access is governed by the organizational permission framework that covers all InfoPeak products — role-based, immediately revocable, and fully auditable. A spreadsheet containing payroll figures, financial projections, or client revenue data is accessible only to the team members explicitly authorized to view it, and that authorization is revoked the moment organizational circumstances require it.

  • Import: .xlsx, .xls, and .csv files import directly with formatting and formula preservation.
  • Collaboration: Real-time multi-user editing with conflict-free CRDT synchronization.
  • Version history: Every saved state is retained and attributed to the contributing editor.
  • Encryption: Sheet data stored encrypted within InfoPeak Drive in .ipsheet format.
  • Export: Export to standard formats for external distribution when required.

Part of the Suite

InfoPeak Sheets is part of the complete InfoPeak suite. Sheets are stored in Drive. The access framework governing a sheet is the same framework governing a team member's mail, vault, and calendar access. When a team member is offboarded, their access to every sheet they could edit is revoked in the same single operation that governs all suite access. One infrastructure. One permission model. No gaps between products.

Organizations do not need to choose between the functionality of a full spreadsheet environment and the sovereignty of their infrastructure. InfoPeak Sheets delivers both — because the choice should not exist in the first place.

Your spreadsheets. Your numbers. Your infrastructure. That is the standard.
