What is the difference from Business Standard?
Standard gives you the team: your own domain, mailboxes, roles and DPA. Premium adds the governance - organization-wide activity log, access rules, enforced two-factor and offboarding in a single action. Everything in Standard is included in Premium.
Can we move from Standard to Premium?
Yes, at any time. Accounts, mailboxes, domain and files stay as they are - you simply gain the governance controls. Moving back works the same way.
Can you see the contents of our mail and files?
No. The keys are created at your end, and we do not hold them. That applies to the activity log too: it records who did what and when, not the content. It also means we cannot recover content if someone loses their key - that is the same property seen from the other side.
How many users do we need to be?
There is no minimum. But Premium starts to make sense once you have employees whose access you need to decide on - typically from five people. If you work alone, Business Standard is the right choice.
